Overview

Echo Bridge Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm established in 2010 by J. Clancy Casey and Andrew R. DiMatteo. The firm manages fully discretionary capital, with a specific focus on opportunistic and value-added real estate investments. Echo Bridge Realty Fund I, L.P. held its final closing in February 2013 with commitments from private investors.

Focused Experience

The co-founders have 51 collective years of experience in the real estate private equity business, including 28 years with funds in which the Harvard University endowment was the sole or lead investor. They have been directly involved in the acquisition, development and/or asset management of $7 billion of investments in more than 270 properties during their careers. Echo Bridge Partners leverages the principals' investment expertise spanning multiple property types and markets through several economic cycles.

Strong Team Background

The founding partners previously worked closely together as real estate investment principals at Charlesbank Capital Partners prior to the spinoff of Charlesbank's real estate activities. Charlesbank is the successor firm to Harvard Private Capital Group, which managed the direct private equity and real estate portfolios for the Harvard University endowment fund.
